Default I need traction!!!!!

Alright guys,I need help!I'm still new to this stuff but now I'm gettin in deeper. My mods are below but I have no traction at the starting line. What are some of the immediate upgrades that I can do.My car will always be around 3400-3500+ lbs because I don't want to modify it too much.I'm going to order SFC's tommorrow and I thought I'd go ahead and order ET Streets(more rubber can only help).Any suggestions besides the SFC's would be greatly appreciated!!!!

mt drag radials should be enough to handle the power you have. and a torque arm.

you not going to want to much traction with that 10 bolt as mention radials and torque arm, save up for a nice rear end after that, then go with slicks

Oh, how the food chain loves more power at the engine, it means they get shiny new parts down stream to take care of the power!

With the HP you will be pumping, stuff as big a drag radial as you can under it and be easy on it coming out of the hole and the tranny and 10 bolt should hold up - for awhile

Nice vid! So for now I'll order the SFC's and torque arm and if that doesn't help much I'll get the ET Streets also.Right now I just have the 275/40/17 Nitto DR's.So you're saying I have to be easier with my A4 off the line?I know the TC pumps it up but I still thought I could hammer it hard!

no need for a torque arm.

lca's, a bigger rear swaybar, and some decent adjustable shocks are all you need

I would recomend removing the sway bar. I pulled 1.6 60' with close to 400rwhp on MT Drag radials and a completel stock suspension. Also remember that track prep helps a lot. Figured you might want to take a look @ these tires also.

Remove the front swaybar?I was told to get a bigger rear swaybar. The track prep isn't great at all @ Commerce.

Remove the front swaybar which help with weight transfer. Also if the track prep sucks then there's not much you can do besides try and find a new track.

ET streets are 10 times better than nitto's. Remove the front sway bar and drop your air psi. to 12 do a big burn out and let it rip

one of the first mods to be done is ditching the front sway bar. including the mounts and end links, i think mine came to 20lbs off the nose, plus it produces quicker rise in the front which puts more weight on the rear. you will see a difference immediately. pull out on some deserted road or parking lot, and punch it. you don't even have to stay in it. just enough to see the front end rise a few more inches and you'll be grinnin' ear to ear if you're anything like me the first time i found out about that. and on top of that, i never noticed a difference around town or on the highway. i've never had a front swaybar on since!

and ET Streets are WAY better than Nitto's. i've had both, and the first time i hit the track with the ET's, i dropped the steering wheel on my lap when i launched! (it untilted itself)! LOL. and every time i forgot NOT to put my hand at 12 O'clock, it would do it. lots of bite. but beware, that 10 bolt better have a big brother standing by after you do your H/C pkg.! good luck.
