i have a feeling it wont be bad until i start making the OEM switches work... like windows and blinkers... etc...

I removed probably 20lbs of wire from my LS1 Mustang project, by switching to an aftermarket harness. All of my OEM switches and functions remained intact, right down to the delay wipers

I'll say this much, its not for the meek -- rewiring a car takes a lot of organization and a lot of TIME.

I lost track, but at least 10 hours of solid time to rewire the entire car, bumper to bumper. I did it in chunks over the course of several days, but I know it took at least that long, but I soldered and heat shrink'ed every connection.

theres just no way that this will be feesable for me.............

i'm going to try leaving the BCU in and just see if that will still operate everything and if it does ill move it out from the engine bay in be hind where the radio used to be.
