Yea like I said its a daily driver, I was just trying to save some weight for the track tomorrow without giving myself too much of a headache
If I can get my brother the cameraman to go with someone else I will yank the pass. seat!

Wrong end of the car. I learned the hard way that you should concintrate on removing weight off the front of the car. After a good few weeks of weight reductions, it became tricky to get my front end up in the air. I'd jack it up, and it would just lean foward. I still load the rear end up with random heavy **** laying around my garage when I get underneath her....lol
[U]well, seeign as my ****'s down, I'm planning on removing weight while it's sitting there... carpet backing has to go, and the stereo is gonna disappear, and every inch of wire for it, I'm gonna take all the speakers out and the wire that's in the loom,a s teh wire is some of the heaviest crap in the car. How did you get the rear panels out, not the one that covers the spare, the ones in front of that?
Anyone have any tips for removing the door panels too? I need to get inside there to get the rest of the spealers out and wiring, as well as the door bars.

you might as well take a heat gun to the sound deading material and take that out also , make sure to take the front swaybar off if not allready gone.

yeah, I'll have to do that too, thanks. Was a heat gun enough to get it to come off like that? Any idea as to soemthing that will remove the glue the rest of the way, that's an ounce or 2 LOL.. plus I assume it's all sticky and ****. When I get the interior out so I can do the carpet backing, I'm gonna remove any of that stuff that's stuck to the body anywhere... serves no purpose to me anymore. Once the rod ended LCA's and PHB went in, the car sounded like a tin can anyway, mine as well finish it off LOL. front swaybar, and all the mounts has been gone for about 3 years now... I don't even remember what the car drove like with it in. I do want to put the PHB brace baack in tho, I don't care for the way it feels with that off. Hopefully the sound stuff you just showed me will be enough to make addign that back a wash
