Race gas, answer needed ASAP

Race gas, answer needed ASAP I was wondering, im going to run my car tonight and I want to run race gas. Can I do that with my application? Im on stock plugs and all that. Would it be ok for me to run a little race gas just for the night?
a higher octane rating doesnt mean more power, a higher octane rating gas has a more controlled burn ie. slower. a slower burn will reduce the chance of engine knock.
if you were to retune your car (advance timing), or running some giggle jiuce (n2o) you would be able to take advantage of the race gas and get more power by pushing the limits of your engine further without (as much of) the risk of damage

I'm just going to reinforce whats above. Unless you retune your car to take advantage of the higher octane, race gas does nothing for you and possibly even hinders you due to the fact that it burns slower.
