Default 60" effect on 1/4 et?

How much of a difference does a better 60" make at the 1/4 mark.

If I can cut down my 60" by .1 from 2.1 --> 2.0 does that bring down the 1/4 et by .1 or is it more like .3 ?

Ive heard that every tenth on the sixty is worth 2 tenths in the end, but Im not sure, and Im sure there a ton of variables to boot.

Typically for our setup, and what I have experienced, it is one tenth in the 60' will yeild two tenths in the 1/4 mile.
