8lbs is what ive read... it comes down to tire wear and if the cost is justifiable to spend the more. 8lbs is plenty of rotational weight X2 when you count both sides. i love my m/t and when up to temp are the stickiest radial ive ever touched. which tire lasts longer through the season? got a hole driving my m/t on the street right where the sidewall meets the tread patch so ima save the other and buy 2 new ones. if it happens again i should have one with about the same tread depth

I would love to try those tires. My buddy cut a 1.38 on them in a turbo vette

Hmmm I wonder if its similar to tractors etc that put water in the tires to put more weight down for traction..... I know several radial class guys that run water in their radials to make them hook harder because the weight it puts in the tire. Maybe M/T's heavy as hell helps traction

Default tires

so far the lightest we,ve had are the M&H,s, and they work my son went 10 nteens on his, i think the 325 is about 5 to 7 lbs lighter than the same sized mt tire, the 390 m&h is slightly lighter then the 315 mickey.. and thats with the 390 being on a 12 inch wheel and the 315 on a 10 inch wheel.. bob
