Mini Tub question

Mini Tub question I have search and can only find pictures of mini tubs with the interior out of them. The question i am wondering is if it is possible to mini tub an f body and still leave the back seats and speakers inside the car? Only trying to fit a 28 W not a 29 or larger tire.

I would also like to tuck the wheels in farther for looks. The true 10 inch tire is more than it needs. I would rather just do everything now so the car is complete for the future.
