Console delete pics

i kept mine and i put my shifter up higher and rotated a bit, so in a sitting position i just pull straight back when i want to shift. my interior isn't the cleanest right here because i was about to take out the HVAC stuff, but you get the idea.
plus i'm a taller guy, so sitting position is perfect so i'm not reachign around to make that next gear change compared to a shifter that is exactly parallel to me

that's very much what mine will look like, minus the painted console. I think the way that mine'ebeing mounted might sit a little higher, but not by alot. Same shifter, etc.etc.
I like the way dope's car looks too, but I still have the e-brake in my car and the airbags, if I ever take them out and do the LW carpet, then that will probably be the route I'll take, I figure if the airbags and the e-brake aren't needed the console isn't either at that point.
