Default Track Setup for 95 z28

Hey guys - I have searched all of the forums, and my head is spinning.

I have a 95 Z28 that I am turning into an 80% Track 20% street car. The stock engine, a4 and 10bolt rear will stay until they break, at which point they will be replaced.

I am going to start with 100-150 shot of Nitrous, and I want to start out building the suspension correctly. The car will hopefully be around 350 rwhp and weigh in around 3200lbs with the driver. I will probably be running a 28x10 inch slick with frontrunners. I am looking to cut a 1.5-1.6 60'

I want to do the following, and am looking for suggestions:

1.) Shocks - I would love to Use QA'a but I am not sure I want to afford ~$800 for a set of shocks. Is there a more reasonable selection that works well for an 80% track car (i.e. road manners, noise, etc dont matter). Can someone highlight the differences between the QA-R and the QA-F?

2.) BMR Trak Pak or similar Torque Arm replacement. Question here is when I destroy my 10bolt and replace with a 12 bolt, do I need a new TA?

3.) Springs - Suggestions front and rear?

4.) Anything not listed that you would think of as a must?
