Was looking to put a power sterring rack back on a car but the mounts are spaced differently (the bolt holes wont line up) Is the kmember just made for a manual rack and not the stock stuff, would there be any problem making a mount for the stock rack?

If you can weld or know someone who can it should be a fairly straight forward process of making some tabs to mount the stock rack on to the K-member. Thats what I plan on doing.

i have their kmember and TA, the kmember seems to be a pretty good piece, and relatively inexpensive. i havnt installed the TA yet, 0 miles on both

i had the same prob when putting on my power rack. it didn't line up at all but i convinced it to work

The PA K-member I have is for the stock rack and naturally the stock rack works fine. If you have the K-member for the pinto rack they sell the mounts arent even close. Probably be easiest to swap the k-member if thats the case IMO.
