Yeah, not ready to narrow the rear yet. I've only got 275/60's, but they're my street tires for now, so I've got some time to take care of the rest before next spring

Ok, I am confused about offset LCAs.
Does this mean the mount for the LCA on the axle end is farther inward toward the middle of the car than stock? What do I tell the guys shortening the rear end? To shorten it 3 inches on each side and they will know where to mount the brackets? Or are the offset LCAs just used to clear the tire?
A picture of a setup with offset LCAs would help me so much to get my muddled brain around this concept.
And thanks for all the answers to my questions.

When they narrow your rear, they should have the LCA mounts in the same position as stock, just the axle flange is moved in 3". They cut the housing on the ends to desired length, then put it in the rear end jig and weld on the axle flanges.

what pro mod said ^^^
the LCA mounting points on the axle tubes cant change unless you want to fabricate new mounts on the chasis. think of it this way. the brakes "come in" aka the space b/w the back of the brakes and the LCA mounting points is reduced.
the offset control arms are just a shortened busher spacing. it brings in the LCAs about .75" inward clearing area for the sidewall of the tire (yes its that tight in there)

yes the wolfe, sjm, and billingsley double adj moly offset LCAs are all teh same. hell its just a piece of moly tube with two adjustable rod ends and some offset spacers.
i had a custom driveshaft made since i went to a th400 conversion at the same time.

this is the company that makes the kickass spacers. Todd @ W2W found them for me. money well spent. not like the junk mr gaskets everyone runs. they fit through the studs perfectly and never move around.

Those spacers look really good! I'm gonna order a set for my car soon so I can move my wheel/tire outward. My rear has been narrowed 3in per side and while I have all kinds of room on the outside of the tire its VERY close to the LCA's on the inside of the tire. So, I figure I can get some offset arms and the 1/2in spacer and the 325/50 should fit nicely. These leaking *** slicks are getting old quick.
