Does anyone have first hand experience with the Accusump? Kinda weary just going off what their website says. Wana make sure that its a reliable part. Would it even be needed if I purchased the new Moroso pan that has more capacity and comes with a new pick up that's relocated to the rear of the pan?

How 'bout the oil pump. I have the modified LS6 from Thunder Racing. I believe its just a stock pump that they disassemble, clean up all the flashings/port it, resassemble, and double check clearances. Should I stick with it or going with a different pump (IE: Melling)?

MrDude_1, yeah, I figured that out once 68maro posted about the Accusump. When I read up on it, knew right away that's what it was.

I do big wheelies in my car and a friends car. Never had a problem.Stock oil system.

If you are concerned, put travel limiters or wheelie bars on.

The Juggernaut, completely stock as in a stock oil pump, oil pan, etc.?

I have travel limiters. I need to limit the travel just a tad bit more. I guess there's really no certain amount, just gota test and tune.

circle track cars use them for when they go into turns it keeps oil pressure up, and if there motors stay safe at 7k rpms for 2 hours it should work fine on a 10sec car.

SMOKIN01TA, I know you're big on Thunder Racing and so am I. I figured you'd at least have the ported/blueprinted pump they sell.

When do you guys think its necessary to have an aftermarket pump such as the Melling that is listed on Thunder Racing's website for more pressure? I just want to be sure that I don't ever have this problem again. The Melling pump and the Moroso pan are 2 things I'm looking hard at.
