I went with the BMR piece for the SBC/BBC conversion. Its 499.95. I like it so far. Fitment wasn't an issue and everything seems to bolt up good.

i feel my k-member and a-arms was a wast of money. my frontend dont stay lined up anymore(3 frontend jobs and it's still loose) and in the 1/4mi the weight savings did'nt help at all. the only goodthing was the extra room under the car.

I have had 2 BMR Kmembers and A-arms setups.. Never had a problem with either of them, but i will say that the upper arms are a waste of money and they are not good for daily driven street cars that see rough roads. You will save around 100lbs if you buy the kmember, a-arms, qa1 coil overs, manual steering, and lightweight brakes. That is a fact no matter what anyone says and the extra room under the car is always a plus. And damn it looks good under there!

FWIW, I picked up my stock k-member a while ago and couldn't believe how much it weight compare to the BMR k-member.

I don't know what would help with the alignment issues. But I'd give BMR or whoever made it a call and see what you can do about that.

The best is Santhuff. They're going to be the most expensive too.

I like my UMI. Alignment seems to be fine. Much lighter than stock yet much beefier than a BMR.

I agree. The best benefit was added clearance under the car. I run a BMR K-member but kept the stock a-arms. I've only had 1 alignment and it still tight.

Most common problem is the alignment shops aren't tightening the lower control arm bolts tight enough. Get them tight and you will have no problems

Ronnie builds some very nice front end parts but they are meant for a RACE only setup no street duty at all.
