Getting a helmet for X-mas this year.

This helmet complies with the new NHRA rule correct?

Just want to make sure.

yeah thats a good one, the nice thing about summit is that it shows if they're in stock. i tried to order that same one with a mirror finish shield from jegs over the summer and i called and they said a week or so twice then on the third time they said three months so i just said screw it cancelled the order and bought a simpson super bandit from the simpson rep at the local NHRA national event.

no offense or anything but instead of buyin two why not just get one and be done with it? i love mine, perfect field of vision for drag racing. something i've learned with these cars is do it right the first time (i.e. 10 bolt lol)

I still might, its going to be a x-mas gift so it will not cost anything for me. I might just threow in the extra money for one.

A lot of truth in what you said
