Default Light Weight Carpet? Any info.?

I am thinking about putting in lightweight carpet in place of the stock carpet. I know the reg. carpet weighs about 40 lbs. How much is lightweight carpet, where do you find it, and how much weight savings are we talking here? (Getting a roll bar installed so I figure now is the best time if it is worth it.)

save the 300 dollars or so and just pull off the insulation off your carpet you have now. saves about 15 lbs and saves you money.

I think this is the one mentioned. I subscribed to this one awhile back and it seems like a good product. Figure for the price I'd go with it? Long time no see Andrew, where ya been man?

Stock carpet weighs 38lbs, the backing weighs 18. Just rip it off and it will be 20 when all is said and done. Not worth the cost when you are only saving 5-10 lbs.
