Wolf 6pt Install Pics, UPDATE 2/6/07 Finished Install pic thus far
This is the bar, Wolf race craft 6 pt, cromo, with dr and pass swing out door bars.
This is what the 6pt is going in. 94 Z-28/SS
The main hoop, and rear bars are out of the car right now, i am taking them down and getting them TIGed tomorrow.
Has anyone powder coated there roll bar?? I know alot of you just spray paint them. But i was wanting something more durable. Since i have the swing out bars i can bolt them back to the main hoop, then all i will have to weld is what is under the carpet. But i dont know if the heat from the bottom welds will mess up the powder coat. I would just grind off a 1/2" so i could weld, but not sure how much heat will transfer up the tubes and crack the paint??

i dunno, ill try to see what i can find, i know that like when the retards of that american choppers show built a "race bike" they couldnt powder coat the frame and it had to be painted for some kinda tech resaon

Im taking a que from some local builders and going to use rhino liner on my bar. I was told jokingly the only way to get the stuff off was to go down the track upside down, and even then it might still be on lol
