I just talked to Bruce, there's a holdup on the mat'l, so I won't be dropping the car off until the 17th probably. I guess the 1 3/4 for 6 and 8 pt cages was out of stock from hsi regualr supplier... so it's coming from a place 1/2 way across the country. Unfortunately, I won't be there this weekend

But, with any luck I'll get a call and the mat'l will be here sooner... maybe I'll get lucky and see your car when I drop mine off.

You wont be able to miss it. It is silver with a huge intercooler in the nose. I will probably run into you sometime, my car is going to be there for a while. Good luck.
Take care.

Well my 80 inch wide ozite showed up today, the whole thing with the mile of plastic that they wrapped it in weigh's exactly 11 lbs. I pulled the plastic off and it was one lb.

so 4 yards of this carpet weigh's 10 lbs, and the rough amount needed is about 3 yards, so the carpet shoudl be somewhere between 7 and 8 lbs.

I'll get pic's of it after it's installed... we'll see just how close we can make this stuff look to the factory carpet.

Also, the real dark grey color they have, is very close to the ebony carpet, so close that I can't tell a differnece until I get it home and unroll it out and compare it to the stock carpet. It shouls match up perfect

If I had thought of it when I ordered it... I might have ordered 5 yards, and tried laying it in place of the trunk liner as well, this stuff is alot lighter then that is. but, I somehow doubt that I'd be able to get that to look right.

As soon as I get my car back from the rollbar install and get done painting it I'm gonna be installing the stuff, in teh meantime I'll go home and hang it up in my garage so it's nice and flat before I try to start working with it.
