What do I need to mount this harness

I bought a harness and did not relize which one I got.
I know how every thing goes in exept the two side belts.
I think they are made to go around a bar.
can I get some hardware to make it work or should I send it back?

Did you buy it new? I'de return it and get the right one. It's not worth the time making the one you got work.

yeah I bought it new. I think I will just send it back. I wanted black anyway and they sent me silver.
