Traction Problems....long
LQ9 6.0 Ltr w/ MS3 cam, 4400 converter, 4:30's, 28x12.50 ET Streets, car probably weights 3K pounds. QA1 shocks, subframe connectors, LCA's, PHR, Spohn TQ arm. Quite abit of weight reduction.
I'm relatively new to adjusting/fine tuning suspension. When the car leaves, it lifts the DS front wheel 6-8"s for about 1', but car goes right about a foot. Tire sets down and rear tires spin alittle, then I guess car hits second and tire comes back up probably 2"s. I've been looking at a Wolfe rear drag sway bar to eliminate the torque steer. But also just wondering what area the QA1's should be set at. I had rears from 3-6, but never played with fronts, they stayed at 0. Going to raise the front up and tighten shocks some. Also need to adjust/check my pinion angle. Is there something I'm missing or not doing? I'm leaving at about 2K RPM, but the car doesn't do anything different when I leave off of idle either. Tire pressures were from 20psi to 12 psi. Thanks for any help, I know this will take time to figure out, but if someone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it. Thanks again.
Chris
