Default minitub, narrowed rear question

so since my tranny is broken i decided while it is down to narrow/minitub.

i have a stock length 12 bolt in my car. I also already have 15 x 10 bogarts w/ 7.5" BS and 17 x 11 TT2's for street wheels.

I am going to run the M&H 28" drag radials on my TT2's and i already run 28" et drags on my drag wheels.

I am wanting to get the wheels tucked a little better so i can lower the car more, so my question is should i narrow 1" or 1.5" per side to get the look i am going for without going too much? and does anybody have any pics of a narrowed rear using 7.5" BS.

thanks in advance

It used to be off road ready(suspension settled) with stock springs

You will more than likely need to put a "blister" on the tunnel for the torque arm (clearance).

wow, Mark, what kind of massaging has been done to your wheelwells? I've seen how low your car sits on the slicks and it looks as-if it would be tub'd. I'm going to go ahead and have mine mini-tub'd just because its going to end up coming out ~$550 so its worth it kinda.

Honestly I really didn't like doing it very much but I massaged it with a 5lb sledge hammer. It works and looks stock but I would have rather done mini tubs which I now have waiting for me to install.
