Did anybody happen to save the photos? I'm interested in a lot of these, but I'd like to see the pics before I attempt it.

I have pictures of what was removed from the inner fender on my car if anyone needs them. I have pictures with my dash out but i doubt that would help anyone.

Unbolting the door bars wasnt bad at all once you find the right tools. Takes a couple mins a bolt for the front because you can only turn them so much but its rather easy.

Now getting them out was a pain in the *** and we just ended up cutting them in half, well because I was too lazy to put the front tires on the ground to remove the front wheels and then remove the inner fender well. lol.

They are heavy SOBs though. about 6 lbs each.

been a while since this thread got any kudos so.......Great write up that helped me out a lot! biggest pain in the dick was locating that 1 screw on the back, bottom side of the vent behind the radio area! once i found out exactly where it was, the dash popped right out!

gonna delete the wiper setup today i think since i've used them once in the 1 1/2 yrs i've had the car.

And i looked inside my doors and said **** the door bars! may just have MWC remove them when they convert my 6pt to an 8pt and let them deal with it! lol

I saw someone say That they wouldn't remove the door bars. once i got ours out i looked at the ends and thought what happened if it broke loose in a accident. I don't know about your door bars but the ends of ours looked like a spear

Haven't been on in awhile but I'm glad this is still up and useful . Just logged on to my photobucket account to make sure it doesn't get purged due to inactivity. Pics should be good for awhile .

Great write up! Pics for the door bar removal are down but step by step is good enough. Thank you to the people that take their time to do write ups such as this..
