You can't run 10.5, why not? What panels are fiberglass and why can't you run a blower?

What series are you runining in PSCA/SUMMIT/NSCA/SUPER CHEVY?
Each seiries has it's own rules, the only "standard" would be if it's IHRA or NHRA track for safety requirements,

Is it a 10.5 index class or a 10.5 tire class?

I Sure hope your not talking about 10.5 outlaw. lol

You can run Texas True 10.5 which runs out of Dallas area. You can run Clash of the Titans or ORSCA limited street. Put drag radials on it and run EZ Street in Orsca.

post a link to the website of the series you want to run in.... without knowing what their requirements are we can't really help.

If you are talking about the "Texas True 10.5" which i think you are.

Here is the link to the website. They have the rules for each class posted.
http://www.texastrueten5.com/

With the limited information you provided, it will be hard for anyone to tell you what class your car fits. You are will have to read the rules and and find a class you fit in.

The fiberglass panels are going to limit you in any of the street car classes. And with a blower your base weight will be between 3000 and 3200 lbs, but that will vary depending on organization and class.

You keep saying fiberglass, are you talking about lexan? Do you have the speed glass on it? Are you refering to a complete foberglass front end? Need more info on exactly what's on the car. Dan is a good one to ask they rule in their class. We've run my car in the True Street class, wasn't real competitive though, hopefully it will be better this year.
