LS1TECH is building a car for Pinks!
Yeah...what's up with that? Just paid $20 to see it. Walked through the pits, watched a couple of our local guys do some kick *** exhibition runs and then went searching for the LS1TECH car. Called a buddy who lives over the by the hotel they are staying at and he said the car was on the trailer. I hope they backed out because NO ONE wanted to race them...if not i'll be very disappointed. The whole PINKS production has begun to be VERY lame. Gates opend at 3pm and the first race wasn't until until almost 8pm. PLus they were charging $20, you couldn't bring any coolers in and there was no re-entry. I'm gonna throw out a big

AMEN brother 2 buddies and i drove 2.5 hrs to see it got there at 3 and walked the pits no ls1tech car...... sat there till 730 they went to see what was up and came back with the " pinks official said the ls1tech car was here last night but said they were not coming back tonight to race tonight. and that it was in the lawyers hands who gets the car...."
we paid 20 a person baked our asses off and 80 in gas BS man

oh yeah this whole pinks on ls1tech thing almost got me a divorce we had wedding plans 10hrs away and i said no im going to pinks ( i planned it way before she did) need less to say she is 10hrs away and i didnt see what i paid and got in a fight about.....

Maybe it's all a big rumour, and the filming location was kept a secret. The Kansas City, MO setup was just so the real race could be hidden til the show aired on TV.

I don't want to say much else until I hear the whole story, but I have to say I'm extremely disappointed we didn't get to see a race tonight. The LS1tech race was the only reason I went out tonight. I only drove 30 minutes to see it and am still disappointed. I'd be absolutely livid if I drove multiple hours such as many of you did.

im very dissappointed and pissed this whole deal took all my saturday. left at 12 and got back at 1030 for what nothing i could have saved half the gas and 5$ in entry fees to take my trud to the track.

What a joke, sponsors help build a car to race on a TV show.. then the car your going to races backs out, and a new one is found.. then the "if you win will you give it back line is said" and the MUSTANG guys say NO WAY.. and what happens next PSJ backs out..
