Will a 3.25 stud work with a set of weld prostars and if so will they be to long for my stock 17x9 lug nuts when i go to put my street wheels back on?

Are you going to use spacers on the rear or do you have a set of race calipers that will clear the rims.If you are runnings 15's you will need spacers with stock brakes.

I was not to going to run a spacer on the rear. As far as the caliper i was going to grind the stock ones.

i run the 3.25 on my car and it works fine with prostars.. i need the 3.25 to be legal.

It sticks out past the wheel a good inch with street wheels, does not matter to me though, nobody stares at those when driving.

So i guess you can't get your lug nut caps back on then. And the stock stud is a 12mm 1.5?

couple hits with a hammer and they will pop right out. I think that is the easiest way, shouldn't take more than 10 seconds per stud

I put the 3.25s on my car a week ago and they were way to long for my prostars. I had to cut them down to damn near stock size.

I have the 3.25" on mine, ARP Part # 100-7713. The easiest way to do it is to just pull the axles.

I have the 3.25s on my car with prostars and they are barely long enough to pass tech.

Are you running a spacer? They should be long enough.

I have Convo Pros and they are definitely long enough to pass.

with a small spacer, it's a no go by about a milimeter, with no spacer, it will barely pass. I'm talking bare minimum. Maybe i need to trim my lugs?

I wouldn't trim your lugs, I would buy a different brand that is not so long. Like these:

That is why I didn't go with Prostars again on this car. The fact that you have to use such a long lug nut and you have to grind your calipers
