BFG Drag Radial and 60ft

Hey I just wanted to see what guys with these tires are doing the 60ft in and will they hook with a hard launch? I have 275/60/15s I have almost all the susp. done for drag racing and the car hooks on the street fairly well on the bottle very little spin.

Not sure about that size but my buddy has some 275/40/17 and pulled some 1.57's and consistent 1.6's all day at the track with a cam and bolt-on car. So im sure those tires will hook better with more sidewall.
