Default Rod ended LCA's and PHR overkill for my car?

I have the spherical rod ended (heim joints I guess) LCA's and PHR, and I've noticed most "fast" guys are still using the poly bushed stuff. I like the adjustability and stuff, but I'm getting tired of the noise. This car sees track duty a few times a year, and lots of street duty. I was thinking about getting the Spohn adjustable stuff with the poly bushings. What are the advantages/disadvantages of both?

Thanks!

Default

I run the rod ends, but my car sees mostly track. If I drove my car alot on the street I think I would want the poly's. Mine are pretty noisey, but the spool doesn't help either. I don't think you will lose/gain anything by going with the poly's track wise.
