RMVB Transmissions I just got my first ever RMVB tranny.
I have seen threads about how this should be driven, like no "freewheeling", never shift down without acceleration, and stuff like that.
But, whats on the track, if "freewheeling" is bad, when you are in 3rd at the end of the run what should be done?
Also, proper ways to dyno with this trannys?
My case is a TH350 RMVB TB, but i guess any good info will work for a search later on

At the end of a pass just leave it in 3rd gear untill ur going slow enough that you need to be in a lower gear to move. I dont downshift until i make the turn off the track and i start heading down the return road.
Downshifting while at a high speed can be very bad, Its spins parts if the tranny at very high speeds.
