The duragloss works great, I am using a generic detail spray now (local parts store switched) and it works the same. Never had much luck with burnout gaurd, plus if you leave it on a few days it leaves marks that wont come off on a black car.

If you race only one in a while the wide blue painters tape is probably the best, no clean up all. Just pull it off and throw it in the trash at the track and drive home.

Honestly, my car stays pretty well waxed, so when I get home if I run my hand over the rear fender, the rubber falls right off.

we use baby oil for the 1/4 cars and dirt track cars. Just wipes right off
