Default Density Altitude/Temperature

hey guys,

I know there's no definite answer for this, and there's probably no accurate answer at all, but i'm just curious. How much does the DA affect your ET's and mph at the dragstrip? (1/4) Also, how much does outside temperature and humidty affect these times? I am wondering because I ran a 12.97@104 when it was 43 outside, with a DA of around 600 (not really sure), and a 13.05@103 on a really humid, 71 degree day with a DA of maybe 1200 (once again, not sure exactly how to calculate it) Does this sound right? I'm kind of lost on this topic, and it'd be cool to have a bit of knowledge on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Here's one thread:

https://ls1tech.com/forums/showthrea...light=altitude

Search around and you'll find others, but the info in that one holds true I've found in my drag racing experiences.
