Made it to the track... few questions for new setup

Made it to the track... few questions for new setup So Finally got to run some cam only times (with mods also in my sig). Anyways had a few concerns/questions. First off it took a while but finally got the car to hook pulled a 1.79 60' (pulled the wheels a few inches with just the comp drag shocks, BMR control arms, and MT radials on the prostars). Who says you need all the suspension pieces lol. Anyways everytime I went to powershift the trans wanted nothing to do with it and I'd miss a gear. Im pretty sure it has the upgraded 01/02 hydraulics when I had the motor/trans out. What do I need to have the hydraulic pressure to shift it like that. The motor is falling below where it makes its better hp between shifts because of it.
Question 2... My tach is off like 8-900 rpms now, any suggestions on what/where to put an aftermarket tach? Maybe pictures.

Ended up running 12.4 with a tune that I think is so far off that its ridiculous. Feel like I got enough room left between the clutch issues and tuning to make it comfortably in the 11s
