Default What spring rate to use?

I am getting ready to order some QA1s and wanted to know which spring rate is the best to choose? I have heard that the 275lb springs are too soft so i am thinking about going with the 300lb spring rate. What do you guys suggest? I have not yet weighed my car but i am guessing it weighs 3400-3550 with me in it.

I am running the QA1 F 300lb springs now at ~3400 raceweight, had the 275s and it was way to bouncy and the car would almost bottom out on the brakes. the 300s really calmed the car down both leaving and stopping.

Got to plan for the future.

I have a lot of weight in the front with the blower, intercooler and being a firebird with the extra headlight weight. If it was a NA stripped camaro I would say 275s but a street driven 3400lb car will be fine with 300s. Even if you do gut the car down the road and want lighter springs they are pretty cheap compared to anything else you will buy for the suspension
