I just got the G-tech Pro Comp. But I need to enter the race weight. I have an '01 Trans-am WS-6 (M6). It has all options except the CD changer. I have taken the spare tire and jack out, but that is it. I also have added a strut tower brace, but non of my other mods have added or subtracted any weight. Also, what does a gallon of gas weigh? Thanks.

A round about figure, and usually a little less: Look at the door sticker, take the GVW and minus the occupancy load, which should be abuot 701 lbs. Take off a few pounds and your there. Mine is 3400# @ race weight, car w/ 1/4 tank of gas but not me. I only weigh 155, so not to shabby.

I've been trying to get a figure on mine for a while, but I've changed so much stuff its hard to tell, I'm going to just have to take it to a truck place and weigh it...

You'll be at least 3550 i would think, could even be more, i don't know many light weight WS6 cars out there.

I got a 02 ws6 with no weight reduction besides spare and jack, I tip the scale at 3755lbs

I've seen a 99' WS6 tip the scale at around 3850lbs.

Yea, that has to be with the driver, I don't think they get much heavier, unless they are verts, those things are tanks...

my plain transam was about 3470 by itself i believe. spare/jack was out.

i think i did have the 12 bolt in there at the time though, so that adds some weight.

my car weighs 3375 with a full tank of gas and about 3290 empty, my car has nothing taken out of it, but it is a 1le.
