Default Wheel Screws

I bought some wheel screws from Summit and they have no directions. I have a few questions.
1. What size drill bit do I need?
2. Where do you drill the wheel? I've heard two different stories here
3. What is the optimal number per wheel?
4. Do you drill both sides of the wheel?

These may be dumb questions but I really have no clue about this. All I know is I have one tire that spins about 1-2" every pass.

let me see if I can help...
1. depends on the size of the screws...I usually start with a small (~1/8 size bit) pilot and then go up to the proper size, which is usually 1/4 or 3/8ths.
2. Ususally on the lip, but if there is not enough space you can do them at an angle
3. Also depends...on how you want your wrinkle pattern, and power. But I'd say at least 6.
4. Optional, Ive seen them ran both ways. (either on one side or both)

is this a 10 bolt? If so, Id look into upgrading that rear. And is this just ONE wheel losing traction?

Lol, I've had a 9" in the car since late 1998. I marked both tires and only one of the tires are spinning on the rim.
