i never run my mt drag radials that low. I keep them from 17-19 psi. I have seen Ben Moore(ou812/z28 ) have problems like that and go up on psi and go quicker.

ok guys...need help again...got some brand new mt dr for my salad shooters again....on motor the cars fine its just leaving on the spray it still chatters the tires...

i have lca and relo brackets on the lowest setting....

stock tq arm with washers welded around the bolt holes (stock bushing on the end of it with tranny mount)

still have stock decarbon shocks with stock springs....it seems to weight transfer nicely...i put some skinnies on it and it gets the right front up about 2 inches and the left front is right on the edge of comming up...

my tires were at 17 on the right rear 16.5 on the left rear warm....not hot....

i used to with 3.73 flash the converter on motor then hit the spray abou 5 feet out and it would 1.48-1.50 60' all the time...now i went back to 3.42 and flash on the 125 and it just chatters...best 60' tonite was a 1.62?

what do yall think a body mount torque arm? shocks springs or swaybar?

I'd say get adjustable shocks and a torque arm, when you leave it isn't hitting the tire hard at all.

well you cant hit a d/r that hard from what i understand the shock will make them break loose you want to roll into them i thought....im trying to not put money into this thing and get my other car done....

heres a video i tried earlier in the night leaing on a 125 shot and the car was spinning so we vht'd the track and then i left on 75 shot it still spun the tires i grabbed the 125 shot (200 total) and well...my left axle didnt like it at all

Hitting the tire hard on a drag drag radial doesn't apply to cars like yours, we're talking about guys running 1500+ hp trying not to spin the tire, with your power level and chassis set up right it should take anything you throw at it.

17 psi wrm sound ok? should i play with it some?

also the front runners are draglites 26 overall radials with 35 psi in them? that ok?

btw car should weigh about 3100

I would list more info about your car, every chassis piece you have, lca's, relocation brackets, shock type, spring type and rate, tire sizes, rim size, things you have removed from the car, pinion angle, is the car lowered?

The more info you give the better direction we can try to help point you in.

I mean I can name parts to buy all day but why buy them if you don't need them yet?

on sus mods are umi non adjustable lca's and bmr relo brackets...and umi k member

car has no a/c heater bumper supports or swaybar...few more little things missing...

oblivously from the video i have salad shooters with 255.50.16 m/t d/r on it at 17 and 16.5 warm

3.42 gears with a 3600 yank stall flashing it on a 125 shot footbraking to 1800

stock decarbon shocks and springs cut 1 coil off of them (little stiffer than stock) 130k on these as far as i know...

info is the car was exactly like it was before (minus k member, and relocation brackets, and draglites) i was 3.73 and 3200 stall flashed on motor and had a window switch on the 125 shot coming on at 4k...car was consistantly 1.50..i could bring the rpm down on the nitrous and go 1.48...

now i went to a 3600 stall and 3.42 added relocation brackets, draglites 15x3.5? and k member and flash the stall on the 125 and it chatters them off the line for about 30 feet

i looked at my videos as much as i could studying them...
i noticed 2 things
the sidewalls were wrinkleing a bunch...i think i might try adding a few psi and working my way down
and the fronts kinda raked down with those skinies up front...goana see if i can do the hose mod or cut a little more from my rear springs (bring it down a 1/4 inch and stiffen it up a little more)

good ideas or bad?

also i noticed in this vid that if you wantch it real slow(i can in quicktime frame by frame) that when the tire wrinckles it starts chattering...think they need more than 17 psi?

yea like i need another broken rearend...haha....you gota get it to hook to break it though....

i think im skippin the 12 bolt and going for a 9 inch....money money...

some guy in the tx section has a narrowed 3 inch on each side 9 inch rear and he had some 3 inch spacers for stock wheels then you can run bigger backspace for drag wheels..i likey..

why the s60 over the 9 inch?
