Steering wheel tilts when coming down from a wheelie, quick fix? Thought I was nuts but when I come down after a wheelie the steering wheel is in my lap. Can this be fixed?

i aways grab mine and shake it real hard to make shure it is locked.if its not locked thats what happens,and it scares the living crap out of ya . just grab it real hard and pull down,most of the time it is locked, some times it skips down and you just have to try it again.GOOD LUCK!!!
