weight reduction, need HELP

how do I pull the part of the AC on the passanger side firewall? I know you reach through the glove box and stuff but how exactly do you guys reach it and how do you pull the thing off? I wanna order the plate to cover the hole left by this on the firewall from Billingsley aswell..
your help is much appreciated!

Pull the dash. Remember, this removes heater, A/C, defroster, all that. No air is gonna come out of the vents.
