I've got an aftermarket PHB here (I believe its an SJM, but not for sure, I got it used off ebay) with 1/2" rod ends in it. The 1/2" bolts are too small on one side of the mount on the body and axle bracket, and can move around in the hole.

How did you guys mount the PHB with 1/2" rod ends?

I just used a large washer on that side and tightened it down with 1/2" grade 8 bolts on mine. We tried hitting the side with the washer and it wouldn't move at all with a hammer so I'm sure it'll be fine.

Burkhart Chassis sends an aluminum washer/shim to solve this problem with the PHR. Might give them a call and see if they will send you a couple.
