Well that's some phucked up way to do ****. Everything it took to make this happen on a lot of people's dime, and they play this high school girl BS.

Real bad joke.

Any compensation whatsoever? I mean, a contract was signed and in place.... or was that just to cover their lilly white bitch ***'s? ....and what's that **** in the other thread about the car being in the Pink's lawyers hands now? Ahhh naw.... Hell NO!

That's LS1Tech's car. The race didn't happen. They breeched the contract.
They should all DIAF!

When we heard the Ford site backed out, I had an uneasy feeeling this was gonna turn into a clusterphuck. If it wasn't for the class, maturity and integrity that LS1Tech represents, I swear I'd fire off the nastiest, ugliest, bitch slappinest email I could come up with to remind Rich the bitch what he really is.

**** PINK'S

If it was the same mustang that raced the malibu it definetly wasn't an 8 sec. car. Looked like the malibu had to push it back up the return road.

I'm glad that the car wasn't wasted on a match that would have made a joke of the effort put into the car. Yes, there are always gonna be faster cars out there. A serious mismatch as was proposed by the show is pointless... but it woulda been nice to see a headsup run between the original challengers.

The way I'm reading it is that PSJ offered up to $20k for an even race and PINK's couldn't get it done.

Thumbs down

I was at the track Friday and Saturday. There were NO 8 sec. Mustangs to be found. Maybe your car was spotted in Lee's Summit, but I don't believe it was ever at KCIR. Hats off to the guy's from Virginia. They had a plan, and they followed through with it. By the way, I flew in from So Cal to go to this event with my uncle. Thanks for nothing.

Really? Maybe the owner shouldn't have told people it went 8.80s.

Maybe we shouldn't beieve everything we hear. It wouldn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that the Mustang in question was not an 8 second car. The guy driving the Malibu was happy to take the Ford back to Virginia with him. He apparently wasn't scared of the so called 8 second Mustang.

Tannerd- It would seem by the way a few of your posts are reading that you've got a little anomosity workin' towards the Tech crew's decision to not race what was believed at the time to be an 8.80 car.

The deal was 10.50. So.... what exactly is your point?

I can guarantee the car was there yesterday. It's not like they didn't come here for a race. It simply didn't work out.

I 2nd that. That mustang was a pile of **** and was no where near the 8s. I wish i would have seen this thread yesterday because a bunch of us drove up there to see this car. A pretty nice malibu filled in though and a couple races in the mustang threw a rod. Glad i wasted 17 dollars.

That Malibu cleaned house!!!
I love the way everybody else was spraying down with N20 and leaving the hood open to cool. The Malibu simply rolled up to the line and opened the door to get out
