Let a bud take my car to the track last night.....
He managed to run an 11.51 at 116.86 with a 1.56 60 798ft DA. I'll weigh the car monday but it did have all speakers, front seatS and a bunch of misc(tools)inside. The best thing about it is he has never driven an auto at the track before. I think I converted another M6 owner. Thats 3 total. He did find out that launching a big 4400 converter aint as easy as it looks.

2000SILVERTA--I witness the event. The car is running great. The sixty foots were great. I also took a beating by running against your beast of a car. Anyway, you have done a great job with the car. By the way, I pulled my best sixty foot last night with a 1.591 , but I have tuning issues with program set with 3:73's gears and running 4:10's. The 4:10's may be too much gear. However, great times on your car and by the way, I will be glad to drive your car for you down the track anytime!!!!

SAC,glad the car ran great. Good thing you guys did not come to RRR last night because the track was not hooking period! My best 60ft. of the night was a 1.66 and could not get the car to stall where i needed it to get the 60ft. down. Did get some 11.90s sliding through the 60ft. marker.
Kent,im running the 4.10s also with ed wright tunning set for my old 3.73s. It seems to me like my shifts are a little earlier than before and the car does not MPH or pull better up top. I'm going back to my 3.73s in a few weeks and see if that will help get the car lined out. I feel im losing some MPH and making it harder to launch with the 4.10s along with making the PCM mad.

Thanks guys. I am glad he got it to hook on the BRAND new tires. They were HOOSIER quick time pros 27x10.5x15's on centerline warrior 15x10's. These wheels look sweet as hell and with tires and everything I was only set back ~$1000
