wheel and tire weight to quarter mile?

wheel and tire weight to quarter mile? say my 18X10.5 in the rear and 17X9.5 in front, both triple plated chrome zo6 rims. compared to weld or some other racing rim at the rear with the skinnys in front. would it be possible to see a second or more in the quarter mile? just curious because i notice that my car seems alot quicker with my stock ws6 rims than the zo6 rims. thanks
