please help need advise hey guys i need your help. i was at the track yesterday [to hot for quick passes i just went for fun and to work on my launch] and i droped my nitto drags down to 20psi and heated them up and i was brake torqueing the car till the rear felt like it was going to lift i think i was at about 1200-1300 rpms
and the car was dead hooking not spining at all. i would brake torque the car they let off the brake and roll in to the gas quickly. i pulled a 1.9 60ft.
i tryed brake torqueing just a little more and launched the same but got bad axel hop and hit a 2.4 60ft lol. i have and ajustable ta and its set a -.5 or a half degree negative. do i need a little bit more negative pinion angle?
i realy need help i have been having traction problem since i got the car. i put a decent amount of money in the suspention and i just need to get i dialed in. my mods are in my sig. oh and on that 1.9 60ft i ran a 13.2@105.
i ran 13.1 with the same 60ft but it was cooler outside and on street tires. i have a lot more traction now with the nitto's. i got a ftra on the way so maybe with getting my suspention dialed in and the few mods i got coming[ftra like i said and a full tune] i can hit 12's. thanks in advance guys.
