New pics of ARE Dry sump and NX Gemini Twin plate
I have had this drysump setup completed for a little while now, and I just finally took some final pictures of the engine compartment. The dry sump setup came from ARE in California and is their 4 stage system. I upgraded and went with their newly updated oil pan. In his other pans, the suction area at the bottom of the pan is all one large area. In my pan you can see there are 3 separate suction areas, and are supposed to help out with how the fluid flows. Gary at ARE called it his Fluid-dynamics pan. I bought the whole system from him, minus the lines and fittings.
Also you can see the Nitrous Express Gemini twin plate system that I put on a few weeks ago. If you look closely, you can see that I made new lines that go from the solenoid to the plate. This way I wont have the distribution problems that some guys have with the factory lines. It works really well and I cant wait to put a bigger shot through it.

So far the car has performed very well. When I put the car back together after powdercoating, I put the rear suspension back together the way NRC had it and it works excellent. Good enough that my first nitrous pass I put the car on the bumper It wasnt expected, but it was fun.
The times in my sig are the shakedown passes on nitrous from last weekend. I will be going back again in a few weeks to try a 200 shot and see how close to the 8's I can get

I think it will come very close to the 8's on the 200 shot, will know in a couple of weeks. I am gonna do some bracket racing on motor alone here soon, then the larger shot will be put on.

I was planning on going to Memphis this year since I bought a 40' Edge gooseneck this past spring to go to the track with, but I have some other things going on that aren't going to allow me to go
Sometime you might get to see it in person, as I want to do ALOT more racing outside of IL next year.

That is the best engine bay I have seen!!! I love this car! Talk about alot of hard work and attention to detail. Best of luck on the 8s...although I don't see it being a problem either.
