Good 60' w/ slow 1/4 mile time

uhhh
you 60 foot is ok it doesnt kick *** by no means. is this car all stock? Your sixty foot does have alot to do with your times , but i just dont think you got the power pal. I mean it could be the fact that you are down on power and launching at 3500 is the reason you are not blowing the tires all to hell at the line and pulling a 1.97. MY car with just a small cam and launching at idle and still blowing them off can pull 1.97. What mods do you have done to this thing?

Are you shifting into 5th when you go through the traps, or revving out 4th? That extra shift could be costing you. The gears are making your 60 appear better than your buddies with stock cars.

well thats your problem, your traps are going to be low if you banging the limiter across the line.
my car bone stock went i think like a 13.4 at 105ish or something around there, so its not to far off of your time, and your elevation can affect how good your times are

You can't blame it on weather when identical LS1's are running 13.4 to 13.5 with a 2.2 sixty at the same track on the same night!!! These guys are also trapping at 106. THese are stock LS1's I'm talking about.

i think banging the limiter may be why the mph is lower.maybe raise the limiter 3-400 or shift to 4th and see if mph picks up. my car actually picked up 2 mph in the 1/8th when i was cam only when i left it is second gear it just started hitting the limiter but i don't like hitting the limiter at all so i shifted to 3rd most of the time .

Wait why would you be in 3rd gear with 3.73's?
You don't need to raise your rev limiter.
If it is stock you should be shifting it about 5600-5700 in each gear and cross the finish line in 4th gear.
