12 PSI, Medium Burnout, no dry hop.

17 psi, big burn out. However, these are on a 15 inch rim. Have you tried more sidewall?

Lowered and 17" rim. You can't expect too much. Definitely better then 1.9 but I wouldn't expect any 1.5s. And, like stated, waaaay too much tire pressure. I had 26x11.5x16 ET Streets and they liked 14 psi. I went 1.49 a couple times on stock suspension.

1st time out with 17" ET street radials at 20 psi I went 1.63....this is with Bilstein level II suspension which lowers the car one inch. I was surprised, didn't expect that.
