Thanks Chris. Yeah all of the suspension is listed on my Fquick page, as well as the rest of the parts I have on the car and the weight reduction done to it. It is 3100 with me in it and about a half tank of gas. The lower control arms & panhard rod are aluminum with rod ends, and the rest of the parts are chrome moly with the sway bar having poly bushings for the street. I just ordered my k-member and upper & lower a-arms in chrome moly and rod ended. After that Aerospace drag brakes are going on all four corners and I am getting either a Wolfe single or Burkhart weld-on anti-roll bar. The car should be 2950 with me int it at the start of the next season after all of that and the rest of the weight reduction we have planned. I am going for the stock internal record.

2950 with you in it is awesome.

I will when I am done. We are going to work on it slowly over the winter so I don't go insane sitting on my *** and not making a pass while all of you guys take advantage of your warm climate. The track doesn't open until March, so we have 3 months to start wrenching and get it all tightened up.

yeah but i need to buy the aje lower a-arms specifically for my set-up. the struts i got according to AJE require a 1 inch shorter lower a-arm. i didnt know that until i got it all put together with my bmr lowers and with them adjusted as far in as they will go i still have too much negative camber. so if you know anyone looking, i will have the bmr lower a-arms for sale. i will take pics soon.

I am going to get narrowed uppers and lowers. I want to keep my a-arms since they are a little more street friendly than a 2,000 dollar set of 3" travel struts, and made for California's finest pot holes =)

Thanks, I really appreciate the kudos. Was alot of hard work mintubbing the car.

The Mufflex was modded to fit up in the car. The passenger side of the tunnel was moved in . You cannot see the Mufflex hanging out from any angle. All you can see is the 4 inch tip out from under the rear bumper. The bottom of the pipe is higher than the rear subframe.

I want the car lower but the headers and Spohn crossmember are getting beat up already. It is setup to sit ON THE GROUND! The fuel tank was notched and the minitub done so it could really go down but street driving and the bottom of the car do not agree!

Again thanks, if this car was lighter it would run 10's on motor, drag radials and pump gas. It may still do it...I am almost ready to go back to the track.

Only 1100 and all you have to do is buy lower a-arms to make them work? What else do you have to change?

To post a pic just click manage attachments on the post additional options section, then just upload a photo.

To post a photo itself you can have something like photobucket or the like and just incert the link address and it will post the photo.

It looks taller to me in the photo for some reason. Looks nice though, what are the next plans for the car?
