I would make a new tunnel brace and yes you can make 2 new plates, but if you make the plates I would make more than 2 holes, I would make 3 or 4 holes so you have more adjustments, you can use a thicker piece of metal and stager the holes forward and backward some and make them closer together so the tuning is finer.
its already adjustable on the car....
you can see in this pic its welded to the subframes AND the stock tunnel brace area with plate...im talking about only welding it to the stock tunnel brace area but with 1/4 inch plate so it is 100 percent removeable

to me all the force is being pressed into the floor board i doubt that your goana need the extra bracing all the way out by the subframes (with that long of a bar its goana flex ayways)...so it would be narrower stronger and removeable .like other companys products...
i always though you adjusted it from the d/s to the rear end...what throws me off is you can simply change the pinion angle from tires diameter (rear) and air pressure in tires and weight in the front and back of the car....
