You took out the wipers and part of the fenders but you still have ABS?

Can you take a pic looking down on the driver's side w/ a broad view? Sort of an idea of how much area you have to maybe mount an a/w 'cooler? Or maybe just measure the area quick like with a tape meausre for me? I would be eternally grateful

I feel ya, brother. Mine is going on a diet as we speak, and I keep staring angrily at my abs that doesn't even work anyway. It'll be out soon, when the line lock goes in.

I'm sorry, but that is pretty hack right there. I see a car with 50 lbs of **** in it that could go away by spending a couple bucks, but instead you chopped the **** out of it to get rid of what 8 lbs? Go on a diet LOL, ya can lose that in a week.... no need to be doing stuff like that unless you're building an outlaw car.

You;ll never be able to sell that car now with that done, nevermind that it's not even viable to drive that in any kind of wet conditions now.

Won't that create some unwanted air turbulence underhood when you're at high speeds? You'll be wiping stones and muck out of the engine bay on a regular basis now.

Very true... buddy of mine has an old school nova with no inner fender's, that engine bay has to get cleaned every time he drives the car.

You will end up regretting that 8 lbs the first time you pop the hood after driving on anything other then a pristinly clean road.

Actually, I had forgotten that years ago I took the inner fenders out of my '80 Z28. It was geared tall and would go over 150mph. After the fenders were out that bitch flopped around with the crazy turbulance at about 130mph. I ended up putting them back in, screw the 15lbs +/-.
But that was an old one with those huge inner fenders from radiator to firewall.

I already ONLY drive the car when its dry, hell it has et fronts on it...i really dont care if it gets dirty, the car sits in the street and is snowed on regularly

I will clean up the cuts around it at some other point, i ran out of day light.

I dont think it would be healthy for me to go on a diet....i only weight 125lbs
