Back to the track FINALLY !
I finally made it back to the track, seemed to take forever to get back. Well i have been fighting low mph for over a year with this home made NOS wet kit. STILL no luck with mph ,but i got a new best on street tire though .
I ran on stock F1 Goodyears, all motor was-
1.95
8.53@83.14
13.31@103.86
1.94
8.55@82.88
13.34@102.17
Then i turned the bottle on just to see how terrible traction was going to get.
1.75
7.69@91.55
11.98@115.65
-I was very happy to see an 11 sec pass on street tires. with the help of unit213 i got nitrous jet numbers that work better for me. I still seem to have no mph for a 150 shot. But i really can't complain,I wanted to see what it runs the way i drive it to work. E/T streets are coming soon. Also finally going to put on Coach's exhaust system that is still sitting in the house waiting very patiently. So what do you think?? Not bad for street tires and a VIG3600 huh?
Air was terrible 75 degrees and raining in spots, around 90% humidity.
Also meet some real nice guys at the track(LARRY-ERIC) and it is always nice running into Al too.

Re: Back to the track FINALLY !
Time in sig is with drag radials- this time i was on stock Goodyears. I found out my jetting was wrong and changed fuel jets. Then tried to see what she will do in "street trim"
Not my best ever time ....But my best street tire time.
Sorry for the confusion.
Thanks Al. Too bad you left because right after you left is when i ran full passes on the bottle(not just the top of second gear). first run i thought the time slip was wrong. 12.7 @ 112 down to a 12.19 @ 115- i did not think the time would drop that low on Goodyear F1's,so i ran total of 3 bottle passes and each time would shave alittle time. 12.19-12.01-then 11.98 and called it good . Didn't want to get booted for no cage.

Re: Back to the track FINALLY !
What can i expect to gain with E/T streets on launching full throttle instead of feathering it and waiting for about 30 feet to spray?? Anyone want to hazard a guess.
I'm not complaining about a 1.75 on goodyears but is it possible to get 1.5's???

Re: Back to the track FINALLY !
Jets are (63N-32F) Remember i do not have a NX kit i have a Homemade NOS wet kit but am using the jet sizes from NX because NOS does not make a fogger type wet kit and NX rates there jets for rwhp.
I think i need a much bigger N20 solenoid due to the NOS 5177 kit having 2 small noids for the dry kit . 1 i used for a purge and the other is still for N20.NX noids are much beefier, that might be my limiter for my mph--too small N20 noid, not able to flow .

Dave,
Do you have plans of bolting in headers any time soon? Nitrous loves headers. I bet your find your lost mph. The stock exhaust manifolds are extremely restrictive especially when you introduce the dope to them.

One more thing...
I just realized that you have a decent sized stall converter. They will eat up mph too. I wouldn't worry too much about it Dave. Your ET kicks ***. I would dyno tune it if I were you. I bet your A/F ratio is all over the map.
