Susp. question....paging madman..... My car leaves crooked and I am wondering if a drag sway bar will help level it out?
Right now it has a 1" spohn with poly ends.
Also is there anything to be gained by going to rod ends on my LCA and TQ arm?
I have the limiters tight and it still wheelied on the one pass, can a drag sway bar that we can preload help keep the front down any?

Put a Wolfe antiroll on it. It will take the roll out of it. I like the rod ends because I know there isnt any deflection like the urethane has.
I'm thinking of replacing everything for next year, do you have a coil over option for your rear susp. package?

Here is my car leaving with the same sway bar and TQ arm. I have a full weight iron blocked car. Mine used to leave like yours did so I put the bags in the springs last winter and it really helped alot. In the end I would like to go to the anti-sway bar but the bags work and cost next to nothing.

My car left strait until I strapped the front end down tight with Madmans limiters.
So now instead of the shocks throwing the front end up the chassis is lifting the front and the sway bar has to much flex to handle it.

Our buddy paul broke his anti roll bar and had the right front on the ground and the left front well over 18" off the ground before he lifted, he runs low 8's on a 275 60 15 drag radial.
A working anti roll bar correctly set up is a very good thing to have.

Im sure there is a lot to be gained from going to a heavy duty rear sway for you. Aside for stability I would imagine it would net you a better 60' if both rear tires have the same or similar amount of weight on them.
I was wondering something similar; my car leaves strait with both wheels an equal distance off the ground, I have a suspension techniques 25mm sway bar with poly busings. Will a hardcore rear anti-roll bar help my 60'? Of do they only make the car come out even, in which case it will not help?
