How much does the width of your tire affect performance? found a good deal on a set of draglites but they are 15x8" rears i was hoping to find 15x10" but this is a really good deal i came across. would the 2" difference be noticeable? would i be better off going ahead and getting the wider rims?
To me personally, The more power/torque, the more tire you will need. So, if more power in the future, 15x10 will give you more tire width selections to play with.Hope this answers your questions.
Sidewall height is already increase via 15" wheel. So, for our camaro/firebird, again depending on power, 26",28" up to 30" height tires w/width starting at 9"to 13". Ofcourse, at some point you will need to modify the wheelwells.
